Beginning a Genealogy Blog

I created this website in the summer of 2013 as a place to store my quickly-growing “Genealogy on Facebook” list, and frequently considered using the site as a genealogy blog, but was never disciplined enough to create a writing schedule.

Fast forward 3 years and I’m now ready to do exactly that!  I’ve thoroughly enjoyed reading other colleagues’ & friends’ genealogy blogs filled with tips & techniques, information about upcoming conferences, reviews of genealogy programs, etc, and I now want to be a part of that, too!

So as of today, this Social Media Genealogy website also includes a genealogy blog, and I look forward to sharing my discoveries with you.  🙂
